Sinead Kieran is the founder of People Forward, where she works with businesses to build stronger, more connected teams through people-led strategy and development.

 Sinead played an integral role in bringing the Institute of Flowers to life. From the very early stages, she helped shape the structure, thinking, and direction of the organisation—turning what was once just an idea into something real, grounded, and built to last.

 While she now supports the Institute from the sidelines, her influence remains firmly woven into its foundations. Her ability to see the bigger picture, combined with a deep understanding of people and how they work together, has left a lasting mark on how the IOF operates today.

 Alongside her work, Sinead is currently studying Psychology at Dublin City University, continuing to deepen her knowledge and bringing even greater insight into the people-first approach she champions.
